Dude I’m trying to gain muscle mass and trying to eat 3000 calories a day and it’s nearly fucking impossible if I eat clean, to get 3000 calories you have to eat ice cream and drink soda. 3000 calories on meat, veggies, and clean carbs is literally a challenge.
