Joe Small, Have you perhaps checked that there is no oil in the injector loom. Common problem with TD5's miss firing. Remove the drivers seat and locate the CPU. Remove the red plug and loook at the contacts. If there is oil present this could also be your problem. Get a can of contact cleaner, spray liberally and dry.
Lubricate the new O-rings with a small amount of clean engine oil and install the new fuel injector by reversing the removal procedure.
