Current split is arrival in Prague, 3 full days plus an evening in Prague, 3-4 days in Budapest, 4-5 days in Vienna, depart from Vienna. Range in Budapest and Vienna is based on what time we travel from Budapest to Vienna.
I am spending 2 days in Prague for my trip end of May. 1st day - Full city tour and river cruise. 2nd day - either Dresden and Cesky Krumlov - viator.com. The two places are totally different so it depends on your criteria. 1) It is closer to Prague so mor economical on your time. It is also less hassle to get there than to Cesky Krumlov. 2) Krumlov is massively overrated. There are dozens of similar (or even superior) historic towns all around Europe.
